What we were building
Artigence was a data intelligence platform focused on turning the noise of social media into actionable insight. By monitoring conversations across Twitter, Facebook, and other networks, we gave product and marketing teams a clearer view of how their brand, products, and competitors were being discussed in the wild.
The goal was simple: reduce the lag between what customers feel and what teams know. Decision-making shouldn't depend on guesswork or delayed survey data when the signal is already out there.
